Mat Gruen

Mat Gruen has an extensive work experience in various senior director roles in the technology industry. Mat started their career at Sun Microsystems, where they successfully founded the EMEA office and managed diverse teams. Mat then moved on to EMC as an Area Client Solutions Manager. At 3PAR, Mat held the position of Vice President, leading worldwide systems engineering. Mat later joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise and held multiple senior director positions in solution architecture and systems engineering. Mat has also worked at SolidFire, Hedvig Inc., and WEKA, where they achieved significant accomplishments such as implementing training programs, increasing partner knowledge, and successfully managing global relationships.

Mat Gruen earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Stanford University, from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematical Sciences with distinction from Stanford University. Mat completed their general education at Isidore Newman School and Trinity Episcopal School in New Orleans.
