Simon Salgado

As Welldoc’s Chief Revenue Officer, Simon is responsible for commercial growth across Health Plans, Health Systems and Employers, empowering more people living with chronic conditions to access Welldoc’s digital health platform to live healthier lives.

Prior to joining Welldoc, Simon spent over 15 years leading teams to develop and commercialize innovative and mission-based healthcare offerings that improve patient health and deliver strong business results. Most recently as VP of Enterprise Health Services at Podimetrics, Simon successfully led the go-to-market expansion into the Payor market, expanding access to diabetic amputation prevention via SmartMat technology. In addition, Simon has deep Product Innovation, Development and Payor Sales experience from leadership roles over his 10+ years with CVS Health and prior, as a Strategy and Operations Consultant with Deloitte. He holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s in Public and Private Sector Organizations from Brown University.
