Marc Goldstone is Wellpath’s Chief Legal Officer, overseeing various aspects of the legal operations of the organization, including managing the Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and Internal Audit functions. He brings more than 25 years of health law experience to Wellpath. Most recently, Marc served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the Prime Healthcare System in Southern California. Marc is an honors graduate of the Rutgers School of Law.

In 2018, Wellpath was born out of the joining of two great companies – Correct Care Solutions and Correctional Medical Group Companies. Two organizations that recognized the importance of putting patients first and providing high-quality care to an often forgotten and overlooked population.
