Michael A. Cogliano

Michael A. Cogliano, Sr. has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as President of Gettysburg Hospital, a WellSpan Health affiliate, since September 1998. Throughout his career, Michael has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations and Administrator of Clinical Operations at Gettysburg Hospital, as well as Administrative Director of Surgical & Emergency Services and Supervisor of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Sibley Memorial Hospital. Michael's earlier experience includes work as an Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist at both Sibley Memorial Hospital and Sterling Drug, where contributions were made in genetic and immunotoxicology research during summer internships. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) candidacy at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, a Master's Degree in Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Geneva College. Additionally, Michael holds a Certificate in Invasive Cardiovascular Technology from Inova Fairfax Medical Campus.
