Judy Yu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in youth justice advocacy and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at Wellspring Philanthropic Fund since September 2016, Judy previously held significant roles such as Director of the Juvenile Justice Project at the Correctional Association of New York, where advocacy efforts focused on youth justice reform and reducing youth incarceration. Additional leadership positions include Director of Programs at APEX and Deputy Director at StoryCorps. Judy's expertise is complemented by a strong educational background, holding a BA in English from Barnard College, an MPH in Community Health Education from Hunter College, and an MFA in Creative Writing from Sarah Lawrence College.
