Falan Gingras

Falan Gingras serves as the Executive Director of Patient Experience at Wellstar Health System and has previously held roles as Director of Patient Logistics and Director of Patient Experience & Lean. Prior experience includes working as a Registered Nurse at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Falan Gingras holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mercer University, earned between 2001 and 2005, and is currently pursuing further education at LSU Shreveport, with an expected completion date in November 2024.
