Natalie Draper

Natalie Draper, OTR/L, is an experienced occupational therapist currently employed at Wellstar Health System, specializing in developing and implementing care plans across various medical conditions in an acute care setting. Previously, Natalie worked at Memorial Healthcare System, where complex case management enhanced patient function and independence through individualized therapy. Natalie has a diverse background, including roles as a swim instructor and coach, where adaptive teaching methods were utilized for neurodivergent individuals. With a strong foundation in rehabilitation settings, clinical fieldwork, and aquatic therapy, Natalie holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
