Samantha Davis

Samantha Davis currently serves as Vice President of Real Estate, Construction & Facilities Development at Wellstar Health System, overseeing strategic direction for construction, real estate, and facility operations for 10 million square feet of properties valued at over $2.5 billion. Prior experience includes a tenure at Ascension where Davis held multiple leadership roles including Director of Real Estate Business Development and Strategy, focusing on portfolio management and establishing strategic partnerships, as well as serving as Director of Strategy across various health facilities. Additional roles include Strategy & Government Relations Specialist at Robin Saxon Merritt, V.P for Strategy and Business Development at BELL Construction, and Strategy Director for the City of Memphis, among others. Davis possesses a Bachelor's degree in American/U.S. Law, a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School, and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at Louisiana State University.
