Jonathan Shaw

Jonathan Shaw is an accomplished director with extensive experience in operational and financial performance improvement within enterprise IT. Currently serving as a Director at West Monroe since November 2020, Jonathan has previously held director and principal roles at Pace Harmon from September 2003 to November 2020, focusing on assessment, benchmarking, and transformational roadmaps that yield substantial ROI. Prior to this, Jonathan was a manager at Deloitte from January 1999 to September 2003, specializing in IT and network systems and successfully leading technology and telecom projects for prominent companies. Jonathan's career began as a contractor in corporate finance at WestLB, where transaction tracking processes and estimation tools were developed. Jonathan holds a Ph.D. in Microwave Spectroscopy and a B.Sc. in Chemistry and Physics from Durham University.
