Amanda Hare

Amanda Hare is a highly experienced Principal Research Associate at Westat, specializing in program evaluation and data analysis for various clients, including Federal and State organizations. With a robust background comprising roles such as Associate Director of Education and Senior Study Director at Insight Policy Research, and Research Psychologist at TechWerks, Amanda has developed expertise in mixed method data collection and analysis, as well as in supervising early career staff. Amanda holds a PhD and an M.A. in Developmental & Community Psychology from the University of Virginia, along with a B.A. in Psychology from Washington College. The educational journey also includes graduate coursework in Educational Psychology at The University of Texas at Austin and a semester abroad at James Cook University.
