Joanna Hebda-Nowacka has extensive experience in HR and management roles. Joanna currently serves as the Managing Director at Westcon Design Poland, a position they started in April 2023. Prior to this, Joanna held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Westcon Group since January 2022. Joanna also worked as an HR&Administration Manager at Westcon Group from January 2012 to April 2022. Before joining Westcon Group, they served as an HR Manager at NV-Group of companies from July 2010 to December 2011. Their earlier experience includes HR Manager positions at Genfer Service Sp. zo.o. from September 2009 to July 2010 and at Genfer Lloyd Sp. z o.o. from August 2006 to September 2009.
Joanna Hebda-Nowacka's education history begins in 2000 when they enrolled at Uniwersytet Szczeciński. Joanna pursued a Master's degree in the Institute of Sociology and successfully completed their studies in 2005. Between 2006 and 2007, Joanna furthered their education at Uniwersytet Szczeciński, focusing on Human Resource Management. In 2008, they attended the same university again, this time in the Faculty of Law and Administration, but did not pursue a specific degree. Overall, Joanna Hebda-Nowacka has a strong academic background with degrees in Sociology and experience in both Human Resource Management and Law and Administration.
