Eric Green

Eric Green serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Eurasia Foundation and as a Senior Advisor at WestExec Advisors while also holding positions as a Non-resident Scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and working as a self-employed consultant at EF Green Advisory Services. Previously, Eric Green was a Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Russia and Central Asia at the National Security Council from January 2021 to April 2023. Eric Green's extensive experience at the U.S. Department of State includes roles as Office Director for the Bureau of International Organizations, Associate Dean at the Foreign Service Institute, and several deputy chief of mission positions, along with various assignments in international affairs. Eric Green holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Grinnell College and a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Yale University.
