Tyrena M. Lester

Tyrena M. Lester, LICSW, currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at Mirah since March 2024 and is an Adjunct Professor in the MSW Program at Westfield State University since July 2019. Previously, Tyrena held roles at Baystate Health, including Victim Services Supervisor at the Family Advocacy Center and CPHP Team Supervisor from July 2016 to March 2024. Tyrena also served as an Adjunct Professor at Bay Path College from 2011 to March 2024, teaching courses on the Psychology of Parenting and Human Sexuality. Prior experience includes working as a Social Worker for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and as a Clinician at the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (MSPCC). Early career highlights include positions as a peer educator at the YWCA of Western Massachusetts from 1997 to 2001. Tyrena holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Springfield College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bay Path University.
