Field Stobaugh

Field Stobaugh is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Resort Operations at Westgate Resorts since August 2020. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Westgate Park City Resort and Spa and Director of Housekeeping at Renaissance Hotel Newport Beach and Fairmont Newport Beach. Stobaugh has also held senior management positions as Senior Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Manager at The Fairmont San Jose. Early career experience includes a variety of roles at Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort from Housekeeping Supervisor to Hotel Ambassador. Stobaugh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, completed in 2009, and graduated from Tampa Preparatory School in 2004.
