Alejandro Carrasco

Alejandro Carrasco is a seasoned Principal Product Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company, specializing in the management of the POMS software platform for nuclear facilities. With a robust background in the nuclear sector, Alejandro has previously served as the President of Jóvenes Nucleares, leading numerous initiatives to enhance public understanding of nuclear energy. At ENUSA Industrias Avanzadas, Alejandro developed machine learning products, notably the Neutronet, which optimized reload design. Earlier experience includes thermohydraulic and neutronic analyses for Framatome and research in plasma simulations at Instituto de fusión nuclear.
