Jelen Hu

Jelen Hu is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product management. Currently serving as the Head of Technology at WeWork since May 2019, Jelen Hu is responsible for overseeing the technology organization's operations in China, including tech product management, engineering, building technology, corporate IT, and data platforms. Previously, Jelen Hu held various leadership roles at notable companies such as Blackboard, EMC, Autodesk, and Microsoft, with responsibilities ranging from managing software engineering teams to ensuring product quality for cloud-based services. Jelen Hu holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tongji University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Zhejiang University.
