Oksana Goncharova

Oksana Goncharova is a seasoned marketing and strategic operations leader with extensive experience in driving business transformation and growth across various sectors. Currently serving as Global Head of Marketing at WeWork since July 2019, Oksana has previously held leadership roles such as VP of Global Strategy & Operations and Senior Director of International Operations. At Ansarada, Oksana successfully transitioned the company from a legacy data room business to an integrated AI-driven SaaS platform as Chief Strategy Officer. Oksana also founded and served as CEO of Rabble, focused on managing corporate documentation and fundraising for private companies. Additional experience includes key positions at Investible, Rocket Internet SE, and Bain & Company. Oksana holds multiple degrees in International Business from renowned institutions, including SDA Bocconi and Esade, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Strategic and International Management from St. Petersburg State University.
