Max Auger

Max Auger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital employee experience, business process analysis, and student finance counseling. Currently serving as a Generative AI Coach and Prompt Engineer at WEX, Max drives the global adoption of AI tools for productivity and previously led digital employee experience initiatives for 8,000 employees at the same organization. Previous roles include managing merger and acquisition change management and providing global support for collaboration software. A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration, Max also has a background in customer service and financial counseling, having worked extensively with students to resolve account issues and enhance their educational experience.
