Michael McCaffrey

Michael McCaffrey is an experienced professional in sales training and management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Global Sales & Service Training at WEX since February 2019, Michael collaborates with global business units to enhance sales and operational efficiency while overseeing the development of training programs that foster continuous learning and career growth. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Sales Learning Manager at State Farm from June 2002 to November 2018, where leadership involved designing training initiatives to boost sales across various financial products. Michael began the career as a Full Broker at Fidelity Investments, specializing in retail brokerage services. Academically, Michael holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Thomas College and two Bachelor's degrees from Husson University in Business Administration and a related field.
