Don Waddell

Don Waddell is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in advisory services and financial management. As Principal at DSW Capital since November 2008, Don has provided advisory services to hedge funds and investment companies while actively investing in financial markets, including real estate. Prior to this, Don served as Vice President – Controller for Pulp, Paper & Packaging at Weyerhaeuser Company from February 2002 to July 2008, contributing to teams managing nearly $10 billion in annual revenues. Additionally, as Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Willamette Industries, Inc. from July 1983 to January 2002, Don was part of the senior management team of a $4.5 billion corporation with operations in Europe and Mexico. Don holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance, Accounting, Sociology, and Business Administration from Oregon State University, earned between 1979 and 1983.
