Susan Hajek

Susan Hajek has been with Wheels, Inc. since September 1997, holding various titles including Subrogation Specialist, Subrogation/Safety, and currently Subrogation/FNOL/Safety Supervisor since 1998. In the role of Subrogation Supervisor, Susan is responsible for the team's performance and accuracy in managing First Notice of Loss and Subrogation transactions, which involves negotiating claims to meet client expectations and ensuring proper handling of FNOL requests while achieving key service delivery performance indicators.
