Eric Gjerde has extensive experience in IT management and operations within various organizations. Currently serving as Senior IT Systems Manager at When I Work since November 2016, Eric oversees the internal IT department for a SaaS startup, focusing on cloud solutions and the integration of technologies such as JAMF, Meraki networking, and Google Apps. Additionally, Eric has been an Editor for Busy Hands Books since January 2013 and previously held the position of IT Operations Manager at the American Craft Council from December 2014 to November 2016. Earlier in the career, Eric worked at SportsEngine as an IT Operations Engineer from 2013 to December 2014.
