Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at White Cap since October 2020, Betsy previously held various leadership roles at HD Supply from 2006 to 2020, including Vice President of Human Resources for Construction & Industrial and Director of Talent Management. Betsy's career began at SRI International, where as Lead Recruiter, recruitment processes and tools were developed.
