Jonathan Olier

Jonathan Olier is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). As the Head of Corporate and Private Equity for South East Asia and a Partner at White & Case LLP since July 2010, Jonathan leads the firm's efforts in these sectors while also serving as the Office Executive Partner for the Singapore office. Prior to joining White & Case, Jonathan worked at Clifford Chance from 1998 to 2010, where a focus on M&A law was developed across major cities including Paris, London, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. Jonathan holds a Master's degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Aix-Marseille University, earned between 1993 and 1995.
