Paul Hudak

Paul Hudak is an experienced hospitality and management professional currently serving as the General Manager at White Lodging since February 2024. Hudak is also the Owner of The Saucery Tavern, a role maintained since September 2017. Previous positions include Assistant General Manager and Human Resources/Accounting Manager at White Lodging Services from April 2017 to February 2024, and Owner at Coach's Sports Bar & Grill from January 2012 to February 2017. Additionally, Hudak held the position of District Manager at Blockbuster from July 2005 to August 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2008 and 2012, and a High School Diploma from Avella Area Jr./Sr. High School, completed in 1998.
