Claudia Contu currently serves as the Director's Assistant at Whitechapel Gallery, where responsibilities include streamlining administrative processes for the Director's Office and supporting exhibition planning. Additionally, Claudia has freelanced as a curator and writer since 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Curating Contemporary Art from the Royal College of Art, a Master’s Degree in Economics and Management of Museums and Exhibition Events from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and a Bachelor's degree in Planning and Management of Cultural Events and Enterprises from Università degli Studi di Firenze.
