Rob Case

Rob Case serves as the Senior Vice President of Talent at WHOOP, a company dedicated to enhancing human performance since January 2016. In this role, Rob leads initiatives in Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, Office Experience/Facilities, and Membership Services. Prior to WHOOP, Rob worked as the Lead Technical Recruiter at Andiamo Partners from May 2014 to December 2015, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and expanding the company's footprint from New York City to Boston, with notable clients such as Bloomberg, Amazon, and Goldman Sachs. Rob holds an M.B.A. in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Management, both from St. John's University, completed between 2009 and 2014.
