Katherine Hafner is a journalist with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from UCLA. Katherine has worked as a climate & environment reporter at WHRO Public Media, focusing on sea level rise and climate change in Hampton Roads. Previously, Katherine worked as an environment reporter at The Virginian-Pilot, reporting on subsidence and sea level rise in southeastern Virginia. Katherine has experience in writing about a variety of topics including local history, breaking news, city government, and higher education. Katherine has also worked as an editor, contributing to investigative journalism and multimedia projects.
