Wanni Davis, PhD MBA, is an experienced consultant specializing in strategic partnerships, opportunity evaluation, landscape analysis, and partnership alliance management. Currently an Independent Consultant since 2022, Wanni also serves on the Program Committee for the Boston Chapter of Women In Bio. Previous roles include Senior Director of Alliance Management and Business Development at Cue Biopharma, Co-Chair of the Drug Discovery Working Group at MassBio, and Alliance Director at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Wanni's career began at Harvard Medical School as a Research Fellow, followed by various licensing roles at Mass General Brigham, Tufts University, and UMass Medical School. Wanni holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Michigan and an MBA, as well as a Bachelor's in Biochemistry from Eastern Michigan University, along with a BBA in Management from Assumption University.

Women In Bio is an organization of professionals committed to promoting careers, leadership, and entrepreneurship of women in the life sciences. We aim to help women achieve the highest levels of leadership, influence and decision-making that they desire. Our primary focus is to provide women-to-women mentorship and leadership support through all stages of career development from bench to boardroom from academia to industry from first job to last from idea to entrepreneur Our members reflect the increasing spread of the life sciences. We belong to biotech and pharma companies, universities and institutes, law and accounting firms, marketing and PR firms, CROs and CMOs. Many of our members are entrepreneurs, and a focus on entrepreneurship has remained core to the mission of WIB since its foundation in 2002.
