Peder Alvik Sanengen

Peder Alvik Sanengen is a Senior Lawyer at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and he is part of the firm's Litigation and Arbitration practice.

Sanengen has substantial experience in litigation and has litigated cases on all levels of the Norwegian court system as well as in arbitration. He works with litigation and advisory services within several areas, inter alia within post-M&A, Banking and Finance and Industry, and works on cases concerning contract law, tort and corporate law. He also has experience with bankruptcy- and security-related disputes, as well as international private law.
