Herb Stewart

Herb Stewart is an accomplished academic and IT professional with extensive experience in higher education and technology management. As a faculty member at Wilberforce University since 1999, Herb has provided significant contributions as a teaching professional and has served as the Assistant Vice President for Information Technology, overseeing crucial infrastructure upgrades for university IT systems. Previous roles include Business Operations Manager at Computer Science Corporation and Senior IT Technician at Weyerhaeuser, along with leadership positions in various organizations, including the United States Air Force, where Herb retired as a Lt. Colonel after nearly 30 years of service. Herb holds a Doctor of Business Administration and has pursued advanced studies in Information Systems Management. Educational qualifications also include a Master's degree in Logistics Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, complemented by additional degrees in Computer Information Systems and Mechanical Technology.
