Todd Gerhauser

Todd Gerhauser has extensive experience in technical services and support, currently serving as the Manager of Training and Technical Services at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer since November 2011. Prior to this role, Todd held supervisory positions as Help Desk Supervisor at both LexisNexis and Signature Information Solutions, LLC from October 2006 to November 2011. Todd began a career in technical support as a Help Desk Analyst at Datatrace from 2006 to 2009, building a solid foundation in customer service and technical assistance throughout the years.
