Josh Michel serves as the Head of Campus NSW at William Angliss Institute since January 2013 and has held various instructional roles as a Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Management Trainer/Assessor. Michel’s experience also includes acting as the Head of Campus NSW and working as a Chef at Tumbling Waters Retreat since January 2012 and at Bondi Trattoria from March 2007 to October 2016. Prior expertise in education includes training and assessing Commercial Cookery and Management at TAFE Sydney Institute from February 2008 to July 2014, focusing on students from diverse backgrounds, including those with intellectual, neurological, and physical disabilities, facilitating their entry into the hospitality industry. Josh Michel is an alumnus of TAFE Sydney Institute (Loftus).
