Mads Gustavsen is an accomplished electronics professional with extensive experience in leading electronics development, particularly in hearing aids and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Director of Electronics at Demant since November 2021, Mads oversees the development and integration of device hardware electronics. Previously, Mads held positions including Senior Manager of RF & Antenna at Demant, Hardware Manager at Oticon A/S, and R&D Manager at Flux A/S, demonstrating a strong track record in people management, project leadership, and technology development. Mads began a career in telecommunications at Nokia Denmark, progressing from RF Design Engineer to HW & Electromechanics Project Manager, managing diverse teams and complex product programs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Engineering Business Administration from the Engineering College of Copenhagen, along with a business administration program at DTU.
