Andrew Asa has over two decades of experience in project management and consulting, currently serving as a Business Project Manager and Strategic Performance Consultant at William Osler Health System since March 2010. Andrew has led significant initiatives within the Service Excellence Project Portfolio, authored proposals leading to over $5 million in capital investments, and spearheaded the ED Admit Patient Status Board project. Prior to this, Andrew held various roles at Courtyard Group from February 2005 to February 2010, including Senior Consultant focused on the Ontario Client Registry Project and Enterprise Master Patient Index Coordinator for Ontario Wait Times Information Project. Andrew's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Information Systems at Japan Camera Centre from February 1998 to January 2004, where responsibilities encompassed the integration of corporate information systems and the development of a Point-of-Sale solution. Andrew earned an MASc in Operations Research and Management Science and a BASc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto.
