Karl Ludeman

Karl Ludeman is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in industrial design and leadership roles. Currently serving as Design Director and Head Design Manager at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. since May 2018, Ludeman has previously held the position of Design Lead at World Kitchen from 2011 to 2018, where notable contributions included leading the Pyrex 100th Anniversary program, generating an additional $3M in brand revenue. Prior experience includes working as an Industrial Designer at Kaleidoscope, where Ludeman produced production-ready models and served as a liaison among marketing, design, and engineering teams. Early career roles involved designing and building prototypes at Metro Engineering and creating custom upholstery at Metzger Furniture & Upholstery. Karl Ludeman holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from Kendall College of Art and Design.
