Alison Johnson

Alison Johnson is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati since December 2021. With a strong background in venture capital, M&A, and corporate governance, Alison has played pivotal roles at various esteemed firms, including Holland & Hart LLP, where responsibilities included co-chairing the food, beverage, and consumer products industry group and representing numerous public and private companies in complex transactions. Alison has also contributed significantly to the Idaho Technology Council as Co-Chair of the Capital Connect Committee since 2014. Notable experience spans over a decade at Wilson Sonsini, where significant representation of Silicon Valley's major companies in acquisitions and venture capital deals was achieved. Alison holds a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BA in Philosophy from Santa Clara University.
