Prior experience includes leadership roles at ZOO Group Sydney, where Reynolds held the Managing Director position, and at M&C Saatchi as Head of Client Service and Group Account Director, overseeing major accounts like Commonwealth Bank Australia. Will Reynolds holds a BA HONS in Marketing from London South Bank University and has completed multiple master classes at Hyper Island focusing on digital acceleration and awareness.
