Ben Tholen

Ben Tholen is an accomplished sales and go-to-market leader with extensive experience across various companies in the technology and distribution sectors. Currently serving as GTM Leader at Codeium since December 2024, Ben focuses on enhancing developer productivity with AI-powered coding solutions. Prior roles include Senior Manager of New Business Sales at Airtable, where Ben developed a full sales cycle organization, and Manager of Mid-Market Sales at Box, leading a team responsible for new business generation. Ben's earlier experience includes significant roles in the SaaS industry at HomeAway (now Vrbo) and various sales positions in the beverage distribution sector, where Ben received recognition as Salesman of the Year in 2014. Ben holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Business.
