Latha Manoj

Latha Manoj is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and global benefits operations. Since March 2006, Latha has served as General Manager at Wipro, overseeing Global Payroll and Benefits Operations as well as heading the APMEA Global People Operations and the GPO Center in Kochi. Prior to this role, from August 2000 to March 2006, Latha held the position of Senior Manager in Global Benefits HR Shared Services at IFFCO, contributing to the Central HR team for the IFFCO Group of Companies. Latha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from The ICFAI University, Dehradun.
