Gary Metzer

Gary Metzer is an experienced professional with a career spanning over three decades in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager for the State of Wisconsin since 2001, Gary has also held a position as a Civil Engineer/Project Manager at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation since 1990. Prior military service includes time as an Engineer Officer in the United States Army Reserve from 1991 to 2010 and as a Soldier in the United States Army National Guard from 1985 to 1991. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, which was completed between 1986 and 1991.
