Mallory Brey

Mallory Brey has over 15 years of experience in customer service and telecommunications, currently serving as the Supervisor of the Enterprise Support Unit at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation since May 2012. In prior roles, Mallory has held positions such as Telecom Manager, Call Center System Administrator, and DMV Telecom Coordinator, alongside various customer representative roles. Prior to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Mallory worked at Ultratec, Inc. from August 2006 to May 2012 as a CapTel Customer Service Representative and Case Management Coordinator/Shift Leader. Mallory holds a degree in Art from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned between 2002 and 2007.
