Jerome Leclercq

Jerome Leclercq is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Global Head of Recruitment and Employer Branding at Wise since September 2022, and as an Advisory Board Member at Localyze since March 2024. Previously, Jerome held the position of VP of Talent Acquisition at GoCardless from July 2021 to September 2022 and contributed significantly to LinkedIn as a Senior Manager in Product Marketing for EMEA & LATAM, as well as leading Enterprise Recruiting in the EMEA region. Earlier roles include Recruitment Manager at Barclays Bank and CSC, along with various recruitment positions at Alexander Mann Solutions, NP Group, and Progressive Recruitment. Jerome founded Fastbreak London, a social basketball club, and holds a BA in Marketing and International Business from London South Bank University.
