Rebecca Pigg

Rebecca Pigg is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the VP of People at Wisetack since February 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various HR leadership positions, including Director of HRBP at Front and Senior Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Marqeta, Inc. Notably, Rebecca spent over eight years at Pixar Animation Studios, where responsibilities included designing and implementing talent programs alongside senior leadership. Earlier career experience includes serving as Regional HR Generalist at Gensler and multiple HR management roles at Macy's West, where strategic support was provided to executive leaders. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Psychology from California State University - East Bay and completed additional coaching training at the Center for Creative Leadership.
