Ranee Kwong

Ranee Kwong is an accomplished finance and compliance professional with extensive experience in internal audit and risk management. Currently serving as Director of SOX Compliance at Wish since November 2020, Ranee has previously held the role of Director of Global eCommerce Audit Services at Walmart eCommerce from August 2015 to February 2020, where responsibilities included managing internal audit for a significant eCommerce market and leading a team of audit professionals. Ranee's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where a progression through various roles from Associate to Director focused on internal audit, risk assurance, and process improvement. Ranee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
