Alfreda Cutler

Alfreda Cutler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alfreda currently holds the position of Director of Worldbuilding Design at Wizards of the Coast since March 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Creative Producer at the same company from June 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they worked as a Senior Technology Producer at Wizards of the Coast from September 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining Wizards of the Coast, Alfreda worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Program Manager II from April 2020 to September 2021.

Their career at Wizards of the Coast began in 2016 when they took on the role of Producer from April 2017 to April 2020. Alfreda also worked as a Senior QA Analyst from April 2016 to April 2017.

Prior to their time at Wizards of the Coast, Alfreda held positions at WB Games Boston as a Quality Assurance Lead from January 2014 to April 2016, and as an Embedded Quality Assurance Tester from July 2012 to December 2013.

Their professional journey started at 38 Studios, where they worked as an Embedded Quality Assurance Tester from August 2011 to May 2012.

Alfreda also has experience as a Freelancer, where they worked as a 3D Artist. During this role, they created the "Builder's Blueprints" for Valve's Team Fortress 2 and contributed to the design and development of a 3D prop for the "Engineer" character in TF2. Alfreda worked on this project in October 2011.

Alfreda Cutler obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Interactive Media & Game Development from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Alfreda attended the institute from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Alfreda has obtained several certifications, including the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in June 2022, the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2018, and the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2014.
