Abhin Arora

Abhin Arora has extensive experience in quality and training leadership, holding positions such as Corporate Vice President of Quality & Training and General Manager of Quality at WNS Global Services from May 2014 to July 2018. Abhin further advanced skills in service delivery during a tenure with Expedia Group from August 2018 to May 2020, and developed quality and process excellence at EXL Service from July 2012 to May 2014. Earlier, Abhin led quality initiatives at Hays from May 2009 to July 2012. Education includes participation in the I-Excel Leadership Development Program at Cornell University, ongoing since September 2022, and a Master Black Belt in Statistics obtained from Indian Statistical Institute in 2014.
