Mark Merez Ipaniz is an experienced E&M Coordinator and BIM Specialist with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently at Woh Hup (Private) Limited since November 2013, Mark holds dual roles, focusing on MEP design and service coordination, particularly in meetings with LTA clients to resolve conflicts between services and integrate architectural and structural elements. Prior to this role, Mark served as a Senior CAD Specialist at AECOM Asia Singapore and as an ACMV Designer at Meinhardt Singapore Pte. Ltd., where responsibilities included engineering data collaboration and equipment sizing. Initial experience includes work as a Site CAD/Draftsman at Shinryo Corporation, managing cross-discipline coordination. Mark earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology with a major in Drafting from the University of Makati between 1997 and 2002.
