Corey Herman

Corey Herman has accumulated extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Director of Product and Test Engineering for Power and RF Products at Wolfspeed since October 2004. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing product yields throughout the production line, managing new product introductions, facilitating technology transfers, and leading yield enhancement, cost reduction, and cycle time reduction projects. Prior to this, Corey Herman worked as a Process Engineer in Backend Quality at Cree from September 2004 to July 2006, where the focus was on outgoing quality inspection processes and customer relations. Corey Herman holds a Bachelor's degree from North Carolina State University.
