Joost Ridderbos

Joost Ridderbos is an experienced professional in service delivery and technology solutions, currently serving as the Service Delivery Manager for Enterprise Systems in North-West EU at Wolters Kluwer since May 2015. Previously, Joost held the position of Oracle CX Practice Lead at Accenture Technology Solutions from December 2006 to May 2015, managing a team of up to 50 members and overseeing responsibilities such as strategy execution, scheduling, people management, recruitment, knowledge management, and business development, while also serving as a project manager for various Oracle implementations. Earlier roles included Siebel Consultant at IBM, where Joost worked on significant projects for a large Dutch bank, as well as positions as a Lotus Notes Developer and Java Programmer. Joost holds a degree from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2000.
